01-13-2011 Villain Concept - King In Yellow

This is a concept done back in 2011. It's an unfinished profile page hence the gaping empty spots around it; decided to to post as it is. As noticed from his call-sign, he's based from Robert W. Chambers similarly named "King in Yellow" stories, although I came across a Lovecraftian version of the character prior to that. My concept was about a horribly disfigured mortal man steep in the studies of mysticism and the occult. Since his mouth is unable to function properly, he speaks through a voice box collared around his neck.
